Kids Clay (3-5th grade) - Tuesdays

A clay class for kids in lower school grades 3-5, (ages 8-11). Learn the basics & expand your skills, creating unique pieces for your bedroom and friends. Bring your inspiration and we'll teach you how to build out of clay, exploring different techniques. Your child will build skills and confidence, while learning about patience and acceptance. Pottery is about slowing down and accepting that things don't always turn out the way you planned.
This class will take place on Tuesdays from 4-5:30pm. Classes will run on January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 2, 9, 23 (NO class Feb 16), March 3, 10, 17, 24.
Max 8 students per class. Tools, supplies and firing fees included. Sorry, no make-ups.
Slip Studio is an adult workspace with bar height stools and high worktables. Kids should have the ability to focus on an interested project, our classes run 1 1/2 hours with a short break.
