Scratch & Sip Cheese Board – Thurs Jan 8th

Looking for a date night or a mom’s night out?  This is a casual 2hr workshop, no experience necessary!  We’ll cut and design a custom cheese board, covering the surface in colored slip and decorating using tools, stamps and the art of sgrafitto.

In this hands-on workshop Ariella will guide you through this calming experience, carving through leather hard clay exposing the surface below and creating layers of design and texture.  Sgrafitto is a mindful and relaxing process that takes time and patience, a great way to unplug and recharge. 

Your pieces will the fired, glaze and re-fire your pieces, ready for pick up 4 weeks later.  All materials and tools are provided. 

Included in the evening; a curated selection of beverages and homemade nibbles to go with for a complete experience.  Come and enjoy an evening out at Slip Studio!
