In this creative Saturday session, you will learn the fundamentals of frame loom weaving in a "chill" and welcoming environment. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to refresh your skills, Courtney will guide you through every step of creating your own custom textile art.
What You Will Learn:
Loom Setup: Master the basics of warping your frame loom and selecting the perfect yarns.
Core Techniques: Learn essential weaving stitches, including plain weave, rya knots, and soumak.
Design & Texture: Experiment with color blending, pattern creation, and various textural techniques using a curated selection of premium yarns.
Finishing: Get professional tips on how to remove, finish, and display your completed wall hanging.
