Wednesday morning weekly class from 10 am to 1 pm

Fall I session runs from September 7th - October 30th, 2026

Fall I session runs from November 3rd - Dec 18th 2026 (no class Thanksgiving week)

  • A maximum of 8 students per class
  • Access to all studio tools, molds, slab roller, and materials in the studio
  • Choice of two clay bodies fired to cone 6 in our electric kiln
  • Amazo underglazes, colored slips, commercial and studio-made glazes are all included
  • Additional firing fees of 8 cents per cubic inch for all pieces made during class time, paid as you go online
  • Missed classes can be made up during afternoon studio time (Tues-Fri 2-5 pm) within the scheduled session

Ariella is a ceramic artist with over a decade of experience on the potter's wheel. Her passion for hand-building started a few years ago with a slew of bowls and cups in her cupboard and a desire to explore creativity, form, surface design, and freedom in her ceramics.  Her pieces are influenced by her background in food, cooking, and pastry arts.  She loves to teach beginners and intermediate artists, sharing her passion for clay and slow art.
