Led by Hudson Valley artist Courtney Salerno, this 3-hour session teaches you how to weave "in the round" to create a stunning, one-of-a-kind wall hanging.
Circular weaving is a rhythmic, meditative process that results in beautiful radial designs. Whether you're new to fiber arts or looking to expand your weaving skills, this workshop offers a unique perspective on texture and form.

Courtney Salerno is a teacher and fiber artist living in the Hudson Valley, NY. She began weaving in 2016 and creates in her home studio on handmade frame looms. She is mostly self-taught and experiments with a variety of fibers, including cotton rope, yarn, wool roving, hand-dyed ribbons, and recycled materials. Courtney has shown several pieces in galleries throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond. She also teaches beginning frame loom weaving and weaving in the round classes in the tristate area.
