This is a two-day workshop for artists wanting to learn the intricacies of making a casserole dish.  We'll work over two days, the first class will be construction. Using the slab roller you'll assemble your baking dish adding elements such as handles.  Week two we'll focus on decorating using slips, underglazes and stamps, you'll be able customize your baking dish painting and stamping your own recipe.  Be prepared! Savory or sweet, anything goes:)

All materials and tools are provided. Pieces will be fire and glazed in your choice of studio-made glaze, ready for pick up 4 weeks later.

We'll also have a curated selection of wines and homemade nibbles to go with for a complete night out!

In this hands-on workshop you'll make your very own berry bowl. Using a slab of clay, cutters, stamps and decals, you'll create and customize your own berry bowl just in time for summer berry season!  Ariella will the fire, glaze and re-fire your pieces, ready for pick up 4 weeks later.  All materials and tools are provided.

We'll be powering through making, painting, carving, stamping and glazing all within one week!  Each day we will work on a project incorporating a new technique or lesson. Students will be encouraged to work as a group, slow down and focus on mindful and intention to detail.  Max 10 students per class.  Tools, supplies and firing fees included.  Sorry, no make-ups. 

Slip Studio is an adult workspace, with bar height stools and high worktables.  Kids should have the ability to focus on an interested project, our camp runs for 3 hours and we'll take a short snack break.

In this hands-on workshop you'll make your very own ceramic to-go cup.  Using slab construction, we'll build and connect your cup, spout and top to the dimensions of your choice.  You will also have all the tools in the studio up for grabs, from slips, stamps and decals to choose from.  Ariella will the fire, glaze and re-fire your pieces, ready for pick up 4 weeks later.  All materials and tools are provided.
