Family Clay Date is a 2hr clay workshop for you and your kids to do together!  Work on separate projects, kids, teens and adults working at their own pace and skill level.  This is a project-based workshop, suitable for kids 8+ and their caregivers.

This workshop we'll be making Tic Tac Toe boards.  We'll work with ready rolled slabs of clay and cut your very own shaped tic tact toe board. Then we'll cut/shape the game pieces and paint them. Game sets will be fired and ready for pick-up 4 weeks later. All tools, clay and firing fees are included. Tickets are sold separately, per person.

In this hands-on workshop Ariella will guide you through this calming experience, carving through leather hard clay exposing the surface below and creating layers of design and texture.  Sgrafitto is a mindful and relaxing process that takes time and patience, a great way to unplug and recharge. 

Your pieces will the fired, glaze and re-fire your pieces, ready for pick up 4 weeks later.  All materials and tools are provided.

We are an adult workspace, with bar height stools and high worktables.  Kids should have the ability to focus on an interested project, our camp runs for 3 hours and we'll take a short snack break.
